2. Ordering and Dispatch

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not signify our acceptance of your order.

  • Acceptance & Dispatch: Orders are accepted and dispatched only after payment confirmation. We strive to dispatch products within 3-4 days of payment clearance.

  • Wholesale Orders: For bulk or wholesale orders, dispatch may take up to 7-8 working days. Please contact us in advance for such orders.

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch due to product unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

3. Pricing

  • Price Changes: All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

  • Taxes & Shipping: Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be added during checkout.

  • Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

4. Payment

  • Accepted Methods: We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other payment gateways as listed on our website.

  • Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full before dispatch. For wholesale orders within India, payment can be made via bank transfer within 7 days of delivery. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Delays: In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

6. Shelf Life & Storage

Our products have a shelf life of 18 months, thanks to our high-quality packaging and sealing process. To ensure product longevity:

  • Store in airtight containers.

  • Keep away from moisture, heat, and strong odors.

  • Store in a cool, dry place.

  • Avoid freezing, as it may affect product quality.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • Replacements: If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the product and the invoice. Eligible cases will receive a replacement.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
